Deep, purplish-pink, globe-like flowers bloom in spring on stems held above evergreen tufts of green grass-like foliage. Plants tolerate salt exposure well making them useful along walkways that are salted in winter. A great groundcover or edging in the perennial garden and also great for the rock garden or container.
