ARTEMISIA s. Nana (Silver Mound)

ARTEMISIA s. Nana (Silver Mound) ARTEMISIA s. Nana (Silver Mound)

One of the most common landscape plants noted for its beautiful ferny silver foliage that forms low symmetrical mounds of leaves. Plants perform best in well-drained infertile soils. A fine plant that can be used in the border or in mass plantings. To preserve its delicate mound shape plants should only be gently watered if watered from above. If needed, cut back hard in summer to encourage a new flush of silver foliage. Insignificant small yellow flowers sometimes appear in summer.
