Oriental Limelight is a nice selection that is grown for its soft yellow and green variegated foliage. It is generally an upright cultivar that forms mounded clumps but does spread in the garden by rhizomes. Insignificant tiny white flowers. Plants are best grown in poor to moderately fertile soils that are well-drained. Can become an aggressive grower once established.
