One of the oldest and most dependable cultivars, Jersey is a heavy fruiting variety that produces small to medium sized berries later in the season, typically mid to late August. The fruits are high in vitamins and antioxidants. Plants grow best in sandy, acidic soil that is moist yet well-drained.
