CURRY

CURRY CURRY

This evergreen sub-shrub has curry-scented, dense, silver-gray, linear foliage and sunny yellow flowers. Not a normal component of curry powder, however, young leaves are often used to flavor meats, salads, or mayonnaise. Flowers attract beneficial insects and are useful in dry arrangements.
