A tough and easy to grow shrub! New foliage emerges russet colored and matures to lush green in the summer. Dramatic fall foliage is glowing orange! Clusters of bright yellow trumpet-shaped flowers appear in early summer on new wood. Native to North America, Diervilla is easy to grow in sun or shade though best foliage color is achieved in sun to part-shade. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Deer resistant.
