This terrific dwarf Sea Holy produces thistle-like, lavender colored cone-shaped flowers in Summer. These form on strong stems that rise from a rosette of foliage. Be careful when harvesting as the flowers and foliage have needle-like structures that will poke you! Must plant in very well drained soil or plants have a tendency to rot.
