Little Joe is a shorter form of the native Joe-Pye weed, growing only 3-4'. Large, lilac-lavender, umbrella-like heads of flowers bloom in late summer and early fall atop green foliage. An ideal cultivar for areas where a more compact Joe Pye Weed is required – either for height control or less maintenance. Great for attracting butterflies and providing a vertical element to the landscape. Plants are tolerant of wet garden areas.
