Grass-CAREX flacca

Carex flacca varies greatly in color and form, but typically displays blue-gray to blue-green foliage that grow in dense clumps. Insignificant reddish flowers appear in summer. Plants spread slowly to form nice colonies. Plants grow well in moist loamy soil but will adapt to many conditions. If plants begin to appear ragged they can be rejuvenated by shearing to encourage a new flush of growth.

Not available for the 2024 season.
