Grass-CAREX platyphylla

A clump forming sedge with silvery-blue leaves that can grow up to an inch wide. The clump resembles a fountain of ribbons bubbling up from the ground. Plants grow best in moist to average soil, but will tolerate dry shade once established. Insignificant flowers in spring. Plants are slow to spread and will benefit for a shearing in early spring.

Not available for the 2024 season.
