Grass-MISCANTHUS s. Gold Bar PP15193

A slow growing maiden grass that is noted for its horizontally banded yellow and bright-green foliage. Plants are very compact and exhibit a dense, upright habit. Burgundy-maroon flower plumes appear in fall just above the foliage and mature to a pleasant beige color. Similar, yet more compact and considered an improvement of Miscanthus Strictus.
