Grass-SCHIZACHYRIUM s. Prairie Blues

Prairie Blues is an improvement of the straight species, having a more consistent blue-grey foliage color. Fluffy silver seed heads are attached and appear in late summer and persist into fall. The narrow, upright leaves turn an orange-pink color with the onset of cooler fall temperatures. Grows well in hot, dry areas in well-drained soil.

Not available for the 2024 season.
