Large, almost 6", blood red flowers have a bright yellow halo and a green throat. The flowers bloom in midsummer on plants that tolerate a wide range of growing conditions. Daylilies are tough perennials that can survive less than ideal conditions including poor, dry soil, slopes, and planting under Black Walnut trees. Tetraploid.
