HOSTA 1st and Ten

From hybridizer Doug Beilstein (our Assistant General Manager, Megan's Dad) comes 1st and Ten, an offspring of Brutus! Huge, heart-shaped leaves with deep veins are slightly cupped and have a nice rippled margin. A giant hosta that form an impressive, upright mound of blue-green foliage. An excellent choice to use as a specimen in the shade garden. Lavender flowers in summer. Hostas adapt well to varying conditions but grow best in moist soil. Their foliage provides wonderful color and texture to the garden! Mature plant size is 32" tall by 50" wide, flowers to 48".

Not available for the 2024 season.
