HOSTA Captain Kirk

A vigorous sport of 'Gold Standard', 'Captain Kirk' has attractive gold leaves with very wide dark green margins. Leaves have heavy substance and resist slugs well. An eye-catching selection. Pale lavender flowers bloom in midsummer. Hostas adapt well to varying conditions but grow best in moist soil. Their foliage provides wonderful color and texture to the garden! Mature plant size is 20" tall by 36" wide, flowers to 36".
