LAVENDER, Grosso

This cousin of Provence bears immense, plump, dark, violet-purple flower spikes that bloom from June to July. Its large size and ability to hold leaf color throughout the season makes Grosso excellent for hedging and landscape use. Lavenders are relatively disease and pest free. Lavenders require a full sun site and excellent drainage in order to successfully overwinter.
