White petals are outlined in bright blue to form a white star. The flowers bloom in spring atop narrow-leaved evergreen foliage. The plants form a slightly mound in the garden and are perfect for cascading over a retaining wall, down a bank, or as a groundcover. Plants grow best in sunny locations with lean, moist soil, but will tolerate dry soil once established.
