PAPAVER burseri

Alpine poppy is a dwarf rock garden species with beautiful bluish-green, finely cut basal foliage. It produces exquisite fragrant flowers in shades of white, yellow, and orange that are delicate and papery in appearance. This species blooms early and requires a full sun site with a very well-drained soil.
