SALAD, Arugula

SALAD, Arugula SALAD, Arugula

This classic salad green sports slender leaves that pop with a peppery flavor. A must-have for salads, Arugula can also be enjoyed sautéed with other greens. Young foliage often resembles spinach, while more mature leaves often resemble the leaves of a dandelion. Young, tender leaves have a sweeter, less peppery taste when compared to older leaves. Plants will perform optimally in cool weather, protected from the most intense heat of the day. Can also be grown as a fall crop.
