This dark red Mizuna-type mustard green has deeply toothed leaves with a mild, rather than hot, taste. Excellent to harvest as young leaves or mature. Often used in salads and holds up well in cooked dishes such as soup and stir fry. Plant in a sunny location with moderate moisture.
