Scalloped, oval, dark-green leaflets have a mild cucumber flavor and are often used in salads, sauces, compound butter, and dressings. Also a great add in to a cold summer drink! Harvest the young leaves as the taste can become bitter as the leaves age. Small pink flowers bloom in summer.
