SALAD, Kale, Lacinato Blue

An Italian heirloom variety that has heavily curled and wrinkled, blue-green leaves that are best eaten when small and tender when they have a sweeter, milder flavor. Plants are heat and cold tolerant and the flavor is actually enhanced by frost. Also known as Dinosaur or Tuscan Kale.
