TOMATO, San Marzano

This rich, sweet flavored tomato is perhaps the most popular variety for making sauce and paste. Oblong fruits have a small seed cavity that can easily be scooped out, leaving all meat to use in cooking. The average harvest is 80 days. Indeterminate plants often require staking. Plant in full sun and well-drained soil.

Not available for the 2024 season.
