Here's a novel plant to try in your herb garden! Toothache Plant is a medicinal herb that has been around for generations to manage the pain of toothaches. It's also used in regional foods to flavor soups, salads and mixed with chiles in hot sauces. The flower has a grassy taste followed by a strong tingling or numbing sensation in the throat. Safe to eat, it can cause all manner of entertainment with your gardening friends.
