CLEMATIS Mme. Edouard Andre

Single, 5", wine-red flowers have a flecks of white on the petals and creamy yellow stamens. The flowers have a unique matte finish and bloom early to late summer. Flowers are produced on new growth so plants should be pruned back hard in early spring. Clematis grow best when the shoots receive full sun and the roots remain shaded and cool. Grows to 6-8'.
