Garlic bulbs are used for their pungent flavor that adds a distinct flavor to many culinary dishes! The bulbs are divided into many fleshy sections called cloves. The cloves are used raw or cooked to add pungent flavor to breads, sauces, soups, meats, and of course Italian dishes! Garlic grows best in rich, moist, well-drained soil in full sun. Best treated as an annual.
