Purple love grass is great for dry sunny locations. Light green, clump-forming foliage becomes covered with reddish-purple seed heads in summer that provide an airy texture and overall red appearance to the plant. Beautiful when planted in mass. The foliage turns bronze-red in fall. This native grass is very drought tolerant.
