HOSTA Elegans

A classic, large Hosta with blue-green, heart-shaped leaves that have a thick substance and very heavy corrugation. Mature leaves are cupped and are a lovely background for the near-white flowers that bloom in summer. Often used in breeding and has led to many wonderful cultivars. Hostas adapt well to varying conditions but grow best in moist soil. Their foliage provides wonderful color and texture to the garden! Mature plant size is 28" tall by 60" wide, flowers to 34".
