PAEONIA Kansas

Large, double, red flowers holds their color throughout as they bloom. The fragrant flowers bloom in early peony-season and are perfect as cut flowers in arrangements. Grow in full sun and rich, well-drained soil. Peonies are extremely long lived and fairly low maintenance plants and are very sensitive to proper planting depth. They should be planted so that the buds are 1" below the soil surface as planting too deep may result in lack of flowering.
