Glossy, dark green, flat leaves exhibit a fuller flavor than curled parsley. Italian Parsley commonly used in sautés, when grilling meats, or cooking poultry. It is also wonderful when chopped fresh! New foliage will flush after each shearing. Plants grow best in moderately, rich, well-drained soil and full sun to partial shade.
