SAGINA subulata

This creeping, moss-like groundcover forms tight mats of green foliage that is topped by small white flowers in late spring. A perfect accent between paving stones or in the rock garden. The foliage remains evergreen in warmer climates. Plants perform best when provided afternoon shade and well-drained soil.
